Lanka IOC PLC announced that it currently maintains adequate and sufficient stocks of petrol and diesel across all its supply locations islandwide.
According to the company, petrol stocks are sufficient for 34 days, while diesel stocks will last for 26 days under the prevailing stock position. Lanka IOC assured the public that there is no shortage of fuel and urged customers to refrain from panic buying or unnecessary stockpiling.
The company further stated that its supply locations will continue to operate during public holidays to ensure uninterrupted distribution of fuel to retail outlets and avoid any inconvenience to the general public.
