Government was capable of taking care of people affected by the Koslanda landslide and there was no need for foreign assistance or aids, Disaster Management Minister Mahinda Amaraweera said in Parliament today.
President Mahinda Rajapaksa on Thursday (30) instructed the Sri Lanka Navy to assist in stopping illegal fishermen entering into the Sri Lankan seas and also to curb using illegal equipment for the fishing.
