The 17th 'Guwan Hamuda Papedi Sawariya 2016' , the Air Force annual cycling tour will be commence on 25th February 2016 from Colombo under the patronage of the Cycling Federation of Sri Lanka (CFSL).
This year it will be held to coincide with the 65th anniversary of the Sri Lanka Air Force covering the Southern and Sabaragamuwa Provinces.
In the men's category the race will be conducted in three stages. 1st day will be from Colombo to Embilipitiya (178 Km), 2nd day from Weerawila to Koggala (131 Km) and the 3rd day from Koggala to Colombo (133Km).
