President Mahinda Rajapaksa unveiled the plaque to declare open the newly built six storied Dhamma School building and Alms Giving Hall(Dana Shalawa) at the Wellampitiya Sri Wimalarama Viharaya on Saturday. Malwathu Chapter Anunayake Most Ven Niyangoda Vijithasiri Thera, MP Duminda Silva, NTC Chairman Renuka Perera, Kolonnawa Mayor Ravindra Udaya Shantha and former Western Provincial Councillor Asoka Lankathilaka were also present on the occasion.
