Accordingly, Ministers (Dr.) Bandula Gunawardana, (Dr.) Nalaka Godahewa, Keheliya Rambukwella, Susil Premajayantha, D.V. Chanaka, Vidura Wickramanayaka, (Dr.) Sarath Weerasekera and MP’s Anura Priyadharshana Yapa, Vijitha Herath, Dilan Perera, Harsha de Silva, M.A. Sumanthiran, Chaminda Wijesiri, Hesha Withanage, Isuru Dodangoda, Anupa Pasqual, Sahan Pradeep Withana, (Prof.) Ranjith Bandara were appointed to the Committee on Public Finance.

The proposal made by its members to appoint the Chairperson of the Committee at the committee meeting itself was passed in Parliament.
