The purpose of this action plan is to control corruption and make the public aware on negative impacts of corruption.
The proposal was made by Justice Minister Thalatha Athukorala.

The Cabinet of Ministers yesterday (24th Oct.) approved a proposal to compile an action plan with the consultation of relevant agencies, for empowering anti-corruption agencies.
