President Mahinda Rajapaksa, on Monday (June 16), was awarded the “Parliamentary Order Merit Democratic Rep. Marcelo Quiroga Santa Cruza” by the Bolivian Government.
President Mahinda Rajapaksa, who travelled to Bolivia to attend the Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Group of 77 and China (G77 + China), held bilateral talks with Bolivian President Evo Morales on Monday (June 16) at the Presidential Palace in the city of La Paz.

The landmark gas deal between Russia and China, however, could change this global dynamic indicating the pervasive rise of a multipolar world.
