He served as the Acting Director of PIM for the past 10 months. Dr. Dharmasiri has associated with PIM for more than 10 years in various capacities.
He is a Commonwealth AMDISA Doctoral Fellow and a Fulbright Postdoctoral Fellow. He holds a Ph.D and an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.
He is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management, UK as well. Dr. Dharmasiri has over two decades of experience in the private and public sectors.
