The number of Kidney patients due to chemical fertilizer and pesticide are increasing daily.

Professor Gamini Seneviratne said that 13 people die daily due to such conditions. Pesticides also cause pediatric diseases and harm the neurology systems in humans. Considering these facts research on fertilizer and pesticides with minimum harmful effects, commenced in 2002.

Initial research was concluded in 2005. Professor Gamini Seneviratne said that the number of positive results have been shown by the use of bio fertilizer liquid.
