Accordingly, parallel launching ceremonies are scheduled to be held at Grama Niladharidivisions in Kandy District and to distribute seeds and plants among people.

Plants and packets of seeds would be distributed among selected owners of home gardens and one division each would receive 100 plants of fruits.

In addition, 25,000 coconut saplings and 7,421 chicks would be distributed on the request of home gardeners. Seed packets and plants would also be distributed among schools and government sector institutions. (Special Reporter/HC)
