The 09 schemes that will be renovated :are:Sir James Peiris Mawatha Housing Scheme; Ketawalamulla Housing Scheme, Colombo 08; Mallikarama Housing Scheme, Colombo 09; Jayawadanagama Housing Scheme, Battaramulla; Idaiwatta Housing Scheme, Moratuwa; Elapitiwala Housing Scheme, Ragama; Danister De Silva Mawatha Housing Scheme, Colombo 09;Jayagathpura Housing Scheme, Moratuwa; and Goodwill Watta National Housing Scheme, Moratuwa;
The Condominium Management Authority has received provisions amounting to Rs 122.1 million from the General Treasury for modernization ofmulti-storied housing schemes and infrastructure facilities under"Nagamu Purawara- 2014" programme.
The Condominium Management Authority expects to carry out modernizingactivities in 09 housing schemes using these provisions, Contract is to be awarded to the State Development andConstruction Corporation (ST/KH)
