Showers or thundershowers will occur at times in the Sabaragamuwa province and Galle, Matara, and Kalutara districts.

Several spells of showers will occur in the Central and North-western provinces and Colombo, Gampaha and Hambantota districts.

Fairly heavy falls (above 50mm) can be expected at some places in the Ratnapura, Kegalle, Kandy, Galle, Matara and Kaluthara districts.
