A medical camp for the people of Panangala, Thawalama, Hiniduma, and Neluwa areas that were severely affected by the recent floods was held last Saturday (3rd June) at Thawalama Vidyaraja National College.
The Medical camp was organized by the Galle Cooperative Hospital on the request of Lands and Parliamentary Reforms Minister Gayantha Karunathilaka. Specialists from Karapitiya Teaching Hospital as well as professors from the Medical faculty of Karapitiya participated.
Speaker Karu Jayasuriya and Minister Gayantha Karunathilake also participated on this occasion.
