Minister of Health, Nutrition, and Indigenous Medicine Dr. Rajitha Senarathne has instructed the State Pharmaceuticals Corporation to open more ‘Osusala’ branches in urban areas island-wide.
Currently, there are 30 ‘Osusala’ branches island-wide. They are providing public quality drugs at reasonable prices.
According to the Managing Director of SPC Dr. H.M.M. Rumie, the Corporation would open ‘Osusala’ branches in Gampaha, Nagoda, Beruwala, and Piliyandala before the end of this year under the patronage of the Chairman of the Corporation Sarath Liyanage.
