Law and Order and Southern Development Minister Sagala Ratnayaka and Chairman, National Dangerous Drugs Control Board, Prof Ravindra Fernando, will attend the UN General Assembly Special Session (UNGASS) on the "World Drug Problem" from April 19-21 at the UN Headquarters, New York.
