Australian High Commissioner in Sri Lanka Bryce Hutchesson met the Commander, Security Force Headquarters, Jaffna (SFHQ-J) Major General Mahesh Senanayake on yesterday (16th March) at Palaly.
Cordial discussions were held between them and the Australian delegation who were update on the present security situation and the civil administration system followed in the Peninsula by the SF Commander.
The commander briefly explained about the military programs carried out there to support the promotion of democracy, reconciliation and development.
Second Secretary Nicholas Burnett, and Research and Information Officer Jhannara Mohideen accompanied the High Commissioner.
