Crown Prince of Bahrain, Sheik Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa Minister of Finance Ravi Karunanayake held a special discussion on Wednesday (March 09) at the Ministry of Finance. The discussion focused on investment opportunities in relevant to oil, gas and aviation services, the Finance Ministry said in a statement.
Investment capability and potential fields within Sri Lanka and also opportunities to invest in the financial sector and bilateral trade affairs were discussed in detail.
During the discussion Bahrain Crown Prince showed the necessity of establishing a Bahrain Embassy in Sri Lanka to facilitate economic and bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
