Minister S.B. Navinna said that renovation and conservation activities of Colombo National Museum will be completed by August next year.
Minister Navinna mentioned this while on an observation tour of the Colombo National Museum. Discussions were held to identify the steps to be taken related to the problems that have arisen when conserving the old Museum building.
Acting Director of the National Museum Sanuja Kasthuriarachchi said that conservation work is being done at a cost of 225 million rupees.
