Tonight: Showers or thundershowers will occur at a few places in Uva and Eastern provinces and in Nuwara-Eliya, Rathnapura, Mullaitivu and Vauniya districts.
Tomorrow:Several spells of light showers will occur in Sabaragamuwa and Central provinces and in Kaluthara, Galle and Matara districts.Showers or thundershowers may occur at a few places in Uva province and in Batticaloa district after 02.00 pm.Fairly strong gusty winds up to 40 kmph can be expected in Hambantota district.There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
