The 9th phase of the island wide program to recognize outstanding GCE Advanced Level students, organized by the President’s Fund, will take place tomorrow (14) at Temple Trees under the patronage of Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya and Secretary to the President Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake.
Students from the Western Province who achieved outstanding results in the 2023 and 2024 GCE Advanced Level examinations will be honoured.
A total of 361 top-performing students from the Colombo, Gampaha and Kalutara districts will be recognized, with scholarships totalling Rs. 36.1 million awarded by the President’s Fund.
