Thilakawardena Textile (Pvt) Ltd has donated Rs. 25 million to the government’s “Rebuilding Sri Lanka” Fund, established to provide relief to communities affected by the recent Ditwah cyclone.
The cheque was officially handed over yesterday afternoon (11) at the Presidential Secretariat by Mr. Sunil Thilakawardena, Head of the Thilakawardena Group of Companies, to Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake, Secretary to the President.
Mr. Ravindu Thilakawardena, Chief Executive Officer of the Thilakawardena Group of Companies, was also present at the occasion.
