No shortage of essential drugs at any hospital

The Medical Supplies Division of the Ministry of Health has assured that there is no shortage of medical drugs in any hospital. Making a special statement Medical Supplies Division Director Dr. A.T. Sudarshana said that there is no shortage of essential drugs at present and measures have been taken to supply sufficient stocks of drugs.

The Public Administration Ministry in a circular addressing security in the office premises has announced that female government officers should wear Saree/Osari as part of compulsory security measures.The circular which was by signed by Public Administration Secretary J.J. Rathnasiri notes that men would have to be clad in a shirt/trouser or the national dress.
