It was organized by the Ministry of Strategy and Finance of Korea in association with the Korea EXIM Bank from 4th -6th September at the Grand InterContinental Parnas in Seoul.  

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea Lee Nak-yeon, the 1st Vice Minister of Strategy and Finance Ko Hyoung-kwon as well as Ministers, Deputy Ministers and distinguished invitees from EDCF partnership countries participated at the inauguration on 5th September.

On the sidelines of the Conference, State Minister Perera had discussions with the Director General of Statistics Korea Cho Chang-sang with regard to possible cooperation with the Sri Lanka Department of Statistics.

He also conducted investment related discussions with some private sector conglomerates in Korea.
