He further said that most countries in the world are facing difficulties .Some members of SAARC while facing internal issues have made progress which is commendable.
Minister Karunanayake said that for the first time in the history of Sri Lanka in 2015 the two opposite parties formed a government and transparency, good governance and democracy are the hall marks of the new government.
