Turkish business delegation led by the Ambassador Tunca Ozcuhadar with the representatives from food processing, textile and garment manufacturing, cement and tourism sectors met the Board of Investment (BOI) of Sri Lanka recently in Colombo.
The BOI held discussions with the delegation on beginning investments in Sri Lanka. The delegation was briefed about the facilitations BOI provide for setting up projects in Sri Lanka.
The delegation expressed their interest and shared views on investing in Sri Lanka and the Ambassador Tunca Ozcuhadar assured a larger delegation with many high profile and reputed Turkish companies will soon undertake a visit to Sri Lanka to explore opportunities in trade and investment.
