Vice Admiral Luthra was warmly received at the Naval Dockyard by the Commander Eastern Naval Area and Deputy Chief of Staff of the Navy, Rear Admiral Neil Rosayro and held cordial discussion.

Further the visiting Admiral and Mrs. Luthra were accompanied on a tour in the Naval Dockyard premises and the Naval and Maritime Academy.

On completion of the visit to the 4th Fast Attack Flotilla (FAF 4), the delegation went onboard a Fast Attack Craft to see the Trincomalee harbour and its surrounding sea area.

 Commodore Nandana Jayarathne and a host of senior naval officers were also present on this occasion.
