The 1st Prize of 10,000 rupees was won by Sgt Gunawardana DCM, while the second prize of 7.500 rupees was won by Flight Sergeant Darnasiri KAR.  The third prize of 5,000 rupees was won by Leading Aircraftman Sampath IGH.

The poster competition which was organized by the Command Flight Safety Inspectorate was open to all SLAF personnel. The main objective of the Poster Competition was to promote and inculcate a sound safety culture in the SLAF.

The Command Flight Safety Officer (CFSO), Air Commodore MDAP Payoe was also present at the ceremony.
