Hameedia recently hosted a glamorous opening dinner for the International Film Festival of Colombo on Tuesday (02). The opening event brought together the Film Directors’ Guild, festival participants and audience members in an effort to celebrate a new era of Sri Lankan and international cinema. The International Film Festival of Colombo was launched in association with the Okinawa International Movie Festival of Japan, to further promote the development of the film and cinema industry in Sri Lanka. At the dazzling event, Hameedia recognized the three best dressed ladies and gentlemen and awarded them with special prizes. As Sri Lanka’s leading menswear specialist, Hameedia supports multiple creative industries and has participated in many international events such as Asia Fashion Week.
