On a request made by Sinhalese Sports Club (SSC), the match venue for the 2nd Test against Pakistan was changed to SSC as it will be Mahela Jayawardene's final Test match on his home club ground.

The former skipper Jayawardena has already announced his retirement from Test cricket before the start of the current series against South Africa, and the second and final Test against Pakistan will be his final appearance in whites.(KH)
