Sri Lanka Boy Scouts Association is organizing a “Boy Scouts Services and Relations Week” island-wide from 1st to 10th July with the objective to collect funds for the Boy Scout groups to fulfil their basic needs.
The Homagama District Boy Scouts Association is the major part in holding national level activities in this regard under the patronage of Chief Boy Scouts Commissioner Nimal de Silva. District Commissioner Pushpakumara Mahagammule will be in charge of its operational activities.
“The public assistance is expected for the Scout groups visiting homes during the service week”, the Commissioner Nimal de Silva said.
