The inauguration ceremony of the Colombo Seafood Festival 2017 was held under the patronage of President Maithripala Sirisena at the Viharamahadevi Park recently.
This Festival was organized with the intention of promoting and popularizing sea food consumption locally as well as internationally.
The President also presented certificates for the officers of the NARA Institute for their contribution in promoting fisheries and sea food.
