President Mahinda Rajapaksa paid last respects to late Hema Godawatta, a former Director of Education, on Saturday.
Hema Godawatta is the wife of K.M.A. Godawatta, Chairman of Employees Trust Fund Board and mother-in-law of Minor Crop Export Development Deputy Minister Nishantha Muthuhettigama.
Her remains are lying at 104/ 52, Sri Bodhi Place, Gampaha. Cremation will takes place on July 14 at 6.00 p.m. at the Gampaha Crematorium.
