Addressing the gathering the President said that, with the dawn of this Christmas all should unite to build a country where everyone lives with peace, unity and brotherhood, as these values are the messages of Christmas.

He said that, today not only our country, but also the world needs the peace and happiness and further said that all should unite to build a society where the values like peace, brotherhood and patience are ensured.

Archbishop Rt. Rev Dr. Malcom Ranjith, and Prime Minister Ranil Wickramasinghe also participated in this event.
