Participating in a religious ceremony recently in Thalawathugoda he pointed out that the statements made by a South Indian MP targeting the South Indian State Election as well as one South Indian MP made in the Lok Sabha were erroneous, and some group of people  are using these statements in an attempt to mislead the public of the country.
