President Maithripala Sirisena yesterday (8th March) met the Sri Lankan Cricket Team leaving for India for the Twenty-Twenty World Cup tournament.
During the event the Chairman of the Sri Lanka Cricket Thilanga Sumathipala pinned the ‘One Team – One Nation’ batch on President Sirisena.
The facebook account on ‘One Team – One Nation’ was also launched by President at this occasion.
Minister of Sports Dayasiri Jayasekara was also present.
