The Speaker making a special announcement at the end of the vote thanked President Maithripala Sirisena, Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe, Deputy Speakers, Leader of the House Lakshman Kiriella, Chief Government Whip Gayantha Karunathilake, Opposition Leader R.Sampanthan and Chief Opposition Whip Anura Kumara dissanayake for their cooperation to conduct the debate successfully.
