CHOGM 2015 will be held at Fort St. Angelo in Birgu from November 27-29.

Sri Lanka hosted the biennial event, which brings together Heads of Government from the 53 countries in the Commonwealth, in 2013.

President Sirisena, who is the current Chair-in-Office in the Commonwealth will hand over the position to Malta at the 2015 CHOGM.

Also, when leaders gather for the CHOGM in Malta later this month, they will select a new Secretary-General for the 53-member association.
