During the 7 months of 2015, 16.611 patients suspected of dengue in the country have been reported to the Epidemiology Unit.
Approximately 47.72 dengue cases have been reported from the Western Province. The highest number of dengue cases was reported during 4th week.
This situation points out the need of regular removal of mosquito breeding places.
If Fever accompanies more than three days that are important to get medical treatment, the Epidemiology Unit said.
