The Anuradhapura District Secretary said that all roads in the City can be used by the devotees. If there is a traffic congestion it would result mainly depending on the number of devotees. No special permits are required for the vehicles entering the City. He said that the Police have launched a special programme for the VIPs. A service permit has been issued only for those providing essential services.
