Sathosa Chairman, Co-operative Commissioner and CEOs of all supermarkets met with the Minister of Agriculture Mahindananda Aluthgamage and agreed to sell the rice provided through the Paddy Marketing Board at the relevant prices.
Minister Aluthgamage said that from 1st April, the public will be able to purchase rice required for three months through the network of 4,000 regional outlets of these institutions across the country.
