This also marked the first official interaction of Colonel Muhammad Safdar with the Commander of the Navy, upon assumption of his duty at the Pakistan High Commission in Colombo. During the cordial meeting, Vice Admiral Ulugetenne extended his best wishes to the newly appointed Pakistani Defence Advisor and their discussions focused on matters of bilateral importance as well as long-standing relations between two countries.
