Issuing a notice the Health and Indigenous Medicine Ministry stated that despite tomorrow (16) being declared a government holiday, the health service will continue to function as an essential service.
Accordingly, despite it being announced that March 16th would be a public, bank and mercantile holiday, due to the Coronavirus epidemic all health related services would function as an essential service. Therefore, the Health Ministry has stated that tomorrow (16) will not be a holiday for the health services sector.
