Postal voting for the 2019 presidential election is scheduled to take place tomorrow The postal voting for state officials is expected to be held tomorrow and 1st of November while postal voting for security personnel will be held on 4th November.Election Commission said that ,“Anyone who cannot cast their vote on any of these days as postal voting can be done so on the 7th of November at District polling centres.”
