A Sri Lankan delegation led by Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake is participating in the conference. Over 5,000 participants including Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors from around the globe are present at the conference.

More emphasis have been given to regional growth towards sustainable development goals. Attention will be drawn to the sectors of trade, investment and finances.

The 50th conference which is chaired by Asian Development Bank Chairman Takehiko Nakao will conclude on 7th May.
