Minister of Parliamentary Reforms and Mass Media Gayantha Karunathilake on Sunday (19th Feb.) visited the casualties of the Katukurunda boat accident at the hospitals where they were admitted.
The boat was capsized in the seas off Katukurunda, Kalutara on 19th February killing 16 pilgrims. The casualties including children were admitted to the Nagoda and Beruwala hospitals.
Minister spoke with the family members of the victims and expressed his deepest sympathies.
