Indonesian Naval Ship, ‘Kri Sultan Iskandar Muda – 367’ arrived at the Port of Colombo for a goodwill visit yesterday (19th February).
The ship was welcomed by the Sri Lanka Navy in accordance with naval traditions on her arrival.
During the stay in Sri Lanka, the ship’s crew is expected to take part in a wide range of activities including several sporting events organized by the Sri Lanka Navy. The ship is scheduled to leave on 22nd February.
The Government official news portal is maintains by the New Media Unit of the Department of Government Information and it was titled "news.lk" and commenced in mid1996 and release to Internet from March 01st, 1997.
