Naval personnel attached to SLNS Theraputta in Silawathura who were on routine patrol has arrested 4 local fishermen along with a Fiber Glass Dinghy, 175 kilograms of sea cucumber and 4 diving face masks whilst engaged in fishing without permit in the seas between Kallaru and Kondachchikuda on Thursday (05).
