Hatton depot of Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) has succeeded to record its highest daily income during the previous week.According to the Acting Manager of the depot A.K.P.C. Mahanama, the daily income of Hatton depot was recorded over Rs 2 million yesterday.
Hatton depot generally earns Rs 1.4 million per day, however its daily income has soared to Rs 1.85 million and subsequently reached Rs 2,050,000 with the new management of the depot.He further stated that 92 buses are currently deployed for daily commuting and that new bus services will be implemented on several new roads.
He emphasized that they will continue to work cordially, while refraining from irregularities and exacting political revenge as the authorities have changed now.
