Producers between the age group of 17 and 35 can participate in the competition and submit creations made in 2014 or 2015. Short films should be limited to 10 minutes and documentaries to 15 minutes.

It is mandatory for applicants to attend a workshop held at the Maharagama Youth Centre on two days between September 15 and 20. Closing date of applications is October 31. Applications should be sent to Assistant Director, NYSCO video unit, NYSC, Maharagama. For information - website www.nysc.lk.
