Seargent Raymon lost his arm at a battle in Elephant Pass while he was serving under the Gemunu Regiment in 2006.
The Chairperson of the SVU Mrs.S Basnayake participated the ceremony and presented this limb which values Rs.288,000.00 to Mr.Neil Reymon.
After the ceremony Seargent Raymon also got the opportunity to meet the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence Mr. BMUD Basnayake.
Vice President of the SVU Mrs. Indu Ratnayake was also present during the occasion.
